SEX
Making whoopee, coitus, doing it, intercourse, fu**ing, nooky, and making love are just a few of the many names for sex.
I did not have sex until I was 21. Even then, it wasn’t what I had expected.
There are many types of sex or ways to do it. Vaginal, anal, oral, and even masturbatory are all defined as sex. Sex is a physical manifestation of love.

sex- it's intimacy
When in a relationship, there are many ways to be intimate with a partner. Holding hands, kissing, and of course sex is the ultimate as two become one. Being naked with a partner and sharing our bodies so completely, however, comes with risks.
A poll from 2011 of high school students revealed that 47% have had intercourse and of those 15% have had more than 4 partners.
It is not a competition.

sex risks
Emotionally speaking, there are a lot of things that go on when you are physically naked with another. How well do you know your partner? Their history? Has there been pressure to get to this point? Was protection used? Once the deed is done there is usually a flood of other questions.
Of course the obvious risks are pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs). The only 100% protection is abstinence. It is called "the heat of the moment" because as blood rushes to other places- the brain does not work properly... ;)

Sex may feel good, but the intended outcome is baby making. Even if protected (99% effective) there is always that chance. If you have ever been involved with a pregnancy scare, you know. You should be in a place where you can support yourself before having to worry about having and raising another human being.
“It will cost an estimated $241,080…to raise a child born last year for 18 years, according to a U.S. Department of Agriculture report. That's up almost 3% from 2011 and doesn't even include the cost of college.”

Next we must discuss STD’s. They are not only transmitted through actual sex. Some can be transmitted through kissing and other oral activities. Virus and bacterial; some are curable while others are not. Some cause minor issues like warts or sores, others can cause infertility, cancer, and even death. So if you are going to “Do IT” it is imperative that you protect yourself.

sex and doing "it"
There are those who will tell you it is "no big deal" and others who say it changes everything. I have told my kids, jokingly, that they are not allowed to date till I die.
It is a big deal.
It will change how you view the person and how they view you. It can ruin friendships, reputations, and even destroy marriages.
